Every number here traces to a named source
The parcel counts, pool counts and enclosure counts on this site come from the Seminole County Property Appraiser’s bulk CAMA extract — Parcels.csv, ExtraFeature.csv and Subdivision.csv, file dated 29 August 2026. Winter Springs was isolated by tax district code rather than by ZIP, so the figures follow city limits.
The housing numbers are US Census ACS 2024 five-year estimates for Winter Springs city. The permit and setback material is the city’s own ordinance and fee schedule. The wind speeds are Seminole County’s published designations. The prices are ranges other Florida contractors publish, labelled as such everywhere they appear.
Where a fact could not be verified, the page says nothing about it rather than guess. There are a number of those gaps on this site on purpose, tracked in the build so none is lost, but left off the finished page rather than shown as a placeholder — a confident sentence that turns out to be wrong at the permit counter is worse than a page that stays quiet.
What we do and where we stop
We rescreen and repair existing screen enclosures: full cage rescreens, individual panels, screen doors and door hardware, lanai and screen-room mesh, pet-resistant and no-see-um mesh, and the frame and fastener work an older cage needs before new mesh will hold.
We do not build new enclosures, extend existing ones, or convert a lanai into a pool cage. That is structural aluminium work; inside city limits it is a City of Winter Springs Building Division matter with a permit, the Sec. 6-86 setbacks and a wind-load design at Vult 129 mph behind it. If that is what your cage needs, we will say so rather than sell you mesh for a frame that is finished.
